TERMS & CONDITION
The approximate delivery times are as follows. The real delivery time depends on the local courier. The tracking status might not be updated until it is in the process of customs clearance or it is cleared by your local customs.
- Standard Shipping 7-10 Business Days
- Express Shipping 3-5 Business Days
- *Estimated shipping days are based on deliveries to North America. For countries outside of North America, please allow for more time due to customs inspections and clearance*
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. If you placed an order before 11 PM PST on weekdays, your order would be shipped on the same day.
TAXES & DUTIES
We currently do not charge sale tax and duties at checkout. However, all customs taxes and import duties depend on the policy of the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email.
If you have problems tracking your order or have any inquiries about your tracking status, please contact our support team firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days since you receive the shipping confirmation email. We are unable to appeal to the courier after 30 days of the shipment.
Receiving Your Orders
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:
Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver
We have insurance on every package and we require your signature upon delivery if you choose Express Shipping, so we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit, but we will try our best to help you track your package. In cases that your package is delivered to a wrong address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
Return & Exchange
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without an extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you. Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Returns or exchanges outside 14 days of purchase or receipt of Merchandise (as the case may be) may be accepted at the sole discretion of BAC.
